Description
James Campbell National Wildlife Refuge is located in the Kahuka ahupua of the Koolauloa district on the north shore of Oahu. Drawn to the area by the rich ocean waters and fertile lands dotted with natural springs, Native Hawaiians settled in Koolauloa around 1100 CE.
