Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) has prepared this Draft Comprehensive Conservation Plan and Environmental Assessment (Draft CCP/EA) to guide the management of the four refuges within the Central Arkansas National Wildlife Refuge Complex (Complex). The four refuges in the Complex include Bald Knob, Big Lake, Cache River, and Wapanocca. The Draft CCP/EA outlines programs and corresponding resource needs for the next 15 years, as mandated by the National Wildlife Refuge System Improvement Act of 1997 (Improvement Act).
