Are aliens controlling the world today?The conclusion of the book focuses on various ways to detoxify while trying to avoid toxins, and improving health by focusing more on lifestyle and natural health supplements such as vitamins or essential fatty acids, and for elderly patients to also consider the option of bioidentical hormone supplements from a private physician. The overall effect is an increase in life span by 15 to 25 years.
