Primary EAL: English for Ages 6-11 - Workbook 3 (Early Acquisition & Developing Competence) (CGP EAL)

This brilliant CGP Workbook is perfect for helping primary pupils with English as an Additional Language to learn English. Its tailor-made for children who are working towards 'Developing Competence' (DfE English proficiency level C). Its packed full of all the crucial vocabulary EAL pupils need to master, as well as activities to develop their understanding of the grammar of English - including the perfect tense, the passive voice and phrasal verbs. Each topic provides opportunities to practise the four skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing - just follow the QR codes throughout the book to access the free Online Audio tracks. The English language support in this book makes it appropriate for many primary pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). If youre teaching English outside of the UK, this book is equivalent to CEFR Level A2+, and can be used with all learners of English aged 6-11.  For pupils who are newer to English, dont miss our EAL Book 1 (9781789087994) (DfE level 'A: New to English') and Book 2 (9781789088007) (for pupils working towards DfE level B: Early Acquisition).
