Description
This Comprehensive Conservation Plan for the Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge was prepared pursuant to the required National Wildlife Refuge System Administration Act of 1966, as amended by the National Wildlife Refuge System Improvement Act of 1997. It will serve as a guide for the Refuge’s management over the next 15 years. It explains the purpose of and need for preparing a CCP for Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge as well as details regarding Refuge resources, Management direction and implementation and Consultation and Coordination with Others. Also included in this document, is a glossary of terms, a bibliography and seven appendices.
