Description
This interpretive plan for the Blackstone River Valley National Heritage Corridor is designed to be a resource document for all those who will be planning for growth and management of the Blackstone Valley and its natural and cultural resources. It contains recommendations for programs, approaches, themes and much else. It establishes a management framework and offers strategies for using the natural and cultural resources of the Valley to enhance for the understanding and appreciation of the Valley’s special place and the unique roler it has played on the regional, national, and world stage for hundreds of years.
