Description
Coastal brown bears return to Valdez, Alaska in late spring, summer, and early fall to feed before they den up for the winter. They feed on returning Pink, Chum, Sockeye, and Silver Pacific salmon.The salmon return to the Valdez area to spawn. They are wild and Solomon Gulch Fish Hatchery salmon
