This report identifies and analyzes the potential economic impacts that would result from designating critical habitat for the O’ahu ‘elepaio, a small Hawaiian forest-dwelling bird that was listed as endangered in April 2000 by the U.S. Department of Interior, Fish and Wildlife Service.
