Description
This document is a combined final management plan (FMP) and final environmental impact statement (EIS). Proposed revisions to sanctuary regulations were published concurrently with the draft EIS in the Federal Register (FR) as a proposed rule. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is the lead agency for this proposed action. The American Samoa Department of Commerce (AS DOC) is a cooperating agency.
