Description
This document is a Comprehensive Conservation Plan (CCP) designed to guide management at Kern National Wildlife Refuge Complex (Refuge Complex) for the next 15 years. This Refuge Complex has two refuges, the Kern National Wildlife Refuge (Kern Refuge) and the Pixley National Wildlife Refuge (Pixley Refuge).
