Description
This document is a comprehensive conservation plan (CCP) for Rice Lake National Wildlife Refuge (NWR) and Mille Lacs NWR in east-central Minne-sota. Both refuges are administered by the staff at Rice Lake NWR. Because the administration of the refuges draws from the same resources, it makes sense to consider their management together.
