Description
This document is a Draft Comprehensive Conservation Plan designed to guide management of Sacramento, Delevan, Colusa, and Shutter National Wildlife Refuges for the next fifteen years. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service manages the Refuges as part of the Sacramento National Wildlife Refuge Complex located in the Sacramento Valley of California.
